Proposed Update: Idan Roll’s Departure from Yesh Atid and Formation of Harov Haleumi

[edit]

On January 12, 2025, Idan Roll, a Knesset member and former deputy foreign minister, announced his departure from Yesh Atid to form a new political faction, Harov Haleumi (The National Majority). Yesh Atid criticized Roll’s move, accusing him of “stealing votes” by not resigning from the Knesset before forming his new party. Please add this to all relevant pages as well. Or would he be listed as an independent?

It looks like it's not official yet. He's still listed as part of Yesh Atid on the Knesset website: [1]. David O. Johnson (talk) 04:21, 13 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Oh ok, so we’ll wait for the official change and make the changes then. Thanks. 2603:7000:9500:340E:603D:CB0A:38A4:76D9 (talk) 14:43, 13 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Why does this article say almost nothing about the building itself?

[edit]

There doesn't seem to be an article about the physical building, and there is virtually no detail on it in this article. Translating the Hebrew article משכן הכנסת would be a good start. Compare, for example, Leinster House, which covers the meeting place of Ireland's parliament separately from Oireachtas. PlotinusEnjoyer (talk) 22:52, 30 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
